Construction work is expected to begin on Monday, September 17, 2018 to repair the pavement surface on Rose Hill Road from Rocket Drive to just south of Young Street. Butler County Crews will be patching an repairing bad spots at this time and then the contractor will begin to Mill and Overlay the pavement surface starting on Monday, October 1, 2018.
The work zones on this roadway will be restricted to a single lane of traffic with the use of a pilot car and/or flaggers while the work is being performed. We ask for your patience with this endeavor and to slow down and exercise caution when traveling through the project. APAC Kansas, Inc. is the prime contractor for this project.
All work is being performed with the intent of making improvements to our roadway and of service to our county residents. If you have any concerns please contact Bronson Webb or Mike Craft at the Butler County Engineering Office at 316-322-4101. Personnel will frequently be on the project sites.
