Mom 2 Mom Postpartum Support is a support group for mothers who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Facilitated by Jessica Stumpe, LP, this group for new moms will: support each other, learn about the "baby blues" and emotional changes that can take place after having a baby, share raw and real experiences in a safe and non-judgemental place, practice self-care and relaxation techniques, find hope and encouragement on your motherhood journey.
