    Butler County Residents...The Butler County Health Department will be in your area Monday, August 19th, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Andover Public Library for a free Child Care Orientation class. Are you tired of driving to work? Are you tired of missing your kids? Do you have a loving heart? Butler County Health Department Child Care Licensing is inviting you to a fun-filled morning with an opportunity to learn the ends and outs of operating a home daycare. This opportunity is FREE to anyone interested in becoming an amazing role model to kids. Home daycare providers nurture, connect, inspire, and grow the children of our future. Due to need of licensed facilities in Butler County, the Child Care Licensing staff is coming to your area!     Mom 2 Mom Postpartum Support is a support group for mothers who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Facilitated by Jessica Stumpe, LP, this group for new moms will: support each other, learn about the "baby blues" and emotional changes that can take place after having a baby, share raw and real experiences in a safe and non-judgemental place, practice self-care and relaxation techniques, find hope and encouragement on your motherhood journey.   7. Stepping On Workshop

    August 29, 2019, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Andover Senior Center

    Are you at least 60 years of age, have fallen or have a fear of falling, live independently, cognitive, can walk with a cane, and not dependent on a walker or wheelchair? This Stepping On Workshop may be for you! The workshop will be held at the Andover Senior Center starting August 29th and will last for 7 weeks meeting every Thursday from 09:00-11:00. The workshop is free to participants. Contact Stuart at Butler County EMS (316-322-4262) for more information and to register! Registration will be based on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested but can't make it to this workshop don't worry, there will be more workshops in the future!
