SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

If your organization's target audience is older adults, or your business would like to expand more into this market, Spring Fling is the best way to be seen and heard in the Butler County area. While Spring Fling has not been possible since 2019 due to Covid concerns and restrictions, this event is the largest held in Butler County focusing primarily on our older population.  Attendance has always been terrific with traditionally over 800 individuals visiting, up to 120 booths participating, and interest being very high. 

There are four different levels of sponsorship ranging from $500 to $1250.  There are limits to how many sponsorships are accepted at each level.  The names of the scholarships are influenced by each year's theme.  This year has a Garden Party theme, "Bloom Where You Are Planted."

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF BEING A SPONSOR? Among other benefits, sponsors are the only participants who get to choose their venue. Regular vendor booths are assigned by the Spring Fling committee. They also get prime, high traffic booths designated just for them with a concerted effort to highlight sponsorship booths.  Below is the list of different  sponsorship levels and what benefits are given to each level.

HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR.  The sponsorship application  can be completed online or email completed application to blouthan@bucoks.com, or mail/fax completed application to the Butler County Department on Aging office. 

 THREE WAYS TO PAY:

 1) MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO:  Butler County Department on Aging in the amount of your desired sponsorship.

 2)PAY ONLINE with a credit card. Complete the sponsorship application and pay by credit card. A 2.5% credit card transaction fee will be added

 3) PAY BY PHONE.  Call the Butler County Department on Aging at 316-775-0500.  Ask for Brenda, Amy  or Crystal to process your credit card payment over the phone.  Completed sponsorship application may be mailed to address written in red above or emailed to blouthan@bucoks.com.  A 2.5% credit card transaction fee will be added.

 
 PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE SPONSORSHIP IS CONSIDERED VALID.

Deadline for submitting sponsorship application and payment is February 24, 2023.

ROSE SPONSORSHIP - $1250

  • Most prominent booth placements at all three Spring Fling locations (or may choose to configure booths how best suits you) and recognition as a premier sponsor at each booth.
  • Business's name and/or logo will be displayed in all media campaigns.
  • Full-page ad for your agency will be placed in Butler County Department on Aging’s spring supplemental newsletter (reaches 800+ households).
  • Your business logo will be printed on the canvas shopping bags given to each attendee as they enter each of the three sites.
  • Business name and logo will be displayed on the first page of the Spring Fling program given to each attendee to the fair.
  • Link to your business website will be included on the Spring Fling page on Butler County Department on Aging’s website and Facebook page.
  • Punch cards listing each sponsor's booth will be given to attendees.  Completed cards will be entered into a prize drawing.
  • Lunches will be provided for four agency employees.

LILY SPONSORSHIP - $1000

  • Prominent booth placements at two Spring Fling locations of your choice (or may choose to have two booths at one location) and recognition as a sponsor at each booth.
  • Business's name will be displayed in most media campaigns.
  • Half-page ad for your business will be placed in Butler County Department on Aging's spring supplemental newsletter (reaches 800+ households).
  • Business logo and name will be prominently displayed in the event’s program.
  • Recognized as a sponsor of the grand prize drawing at each of the three locations---traditionally a 43" or larger TV.
  • Link to your business website will be included on the Spring Fling page of Butler County Department on Aging’s website and Facebook page.
  • Punch cards listing each sponsor's booth will be given to attendees.  Completed cards will be entered into a prize drawing.

  • Lunches provided for two company employees.

TULIP SPONSORSHIP - $750 

  • Popular booth placement at one Spring Fling location of your choice and recognition as a sponsor at your booth.
  • Business's name will be displayed in in the Spring Fling poster and some media campaigns.
  • Business logo and name will be displayed in the event’s program.
  • One-quarter page ad for your agency will be place in Butler County Department on Aging’s spring supplemental newsletter (reaches 800+ households).
  • Link to your business website will be included on the Spring Fling page of Butler County Department on Aging’s website and Facebook page.
  • Punch cards listing each sponsor's booth will be given to attendees. 
  • Completed cards will be entered into a prize drawing.
  • Lunches provided for three company employees.

CARNATION SPONSORSHIP - $500 

  • Business will have a booth at one location of your choice.
  • Business's name will be displayed in the Spring Fling poster
  • Booth will be recognized as a sponsor.
  • Agency’s name will be acknowledged as a sponsor in the event’s program.
  • Punch cards listing each sponsor's booth will be given to attendees.  Completed cards will be entered into a prize drawing.
  • Lunches provided for two business employees.
