Responsibilities
The Butler County Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting criminal and traffic offenses, Child in Need of Care (CINC) actions, juvenile offender cases, and care and treatment actions. In addition, the county attorney reviews election issues, resolves township matters, and manages and maintains a budget for the department.

About Us
The Butler County attorney is elected every four years, and employs five assistant county attorneys and support staff to provide effective public service to the citizens of Butler County.
