Will Carpenter represents District # 3 which includes the Northwestern corner of Butler County. Some of the communities in District # 3 include the west half of El Dorado, Potwin, Whitewater and Towanda. Commissioner Carpenter was sworn into office in January, 2005 and will serve a four year term.
