CELL PHONES FOR SENIORS
A project started by Butler County RSVP offering recycled cell phones to Butler County Senior Citizens. The recycled cell phones allow Seniors to have 911 emergency contact at their fingertips. It helps them feel safer to stay at home alone and/or travel, knowing that should there be an emergency...help is just moments away. Phones are donated to the program. The memory is erased, and the phones are re-issued to local senior citizens. For more information about the program please contact Melody at (316) 775-0500.
