BUTLER COUNTY PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Commission Chairman Dan Woydziak called the Butler County Public Building Commission meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Present were Commissioner Will Carpenter, Commissioner Randy Doll, Commissioner Randy Waldorf, Commissioner Mike Wheeler, Administrator Will Johnson Jr., and Clerk Recorder Tammy Bridges.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Commissioner Carpenter motioned to approve the minutes of the Butler County Public Building Commission Meeting of Tuesday, February 28, 2006 as written. Commissioner Wheeler seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

ITEM #1 – CONSIDER PROPOSAL FROM MIDWEST SIDING, INC., FOR APPLICATION OF RUBBERIZED TOPPS SANDSTONE ROOF OVER PRODUCT ON THE EAST ANNEX FOR $22,000

Will Johnson, Administrator, came before the Board for approval of the bid from Midwest Siding, Inc., for application of rubberized topps sandstone roof over product on the East Annex.

Commissioner Carpenter motioned to accept the bid from Midwest Siding, Inc. for the application of rubberized topps sandstone roof over product on the East Annex contingent on satisfactory references. Commissioner Waldorf seconded the motion. Motion carried

5-0.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Waldorf motioned to adjourn the meeting of the Board at 10:10 a.m. Commissioner Woydziak seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
