BUTLER COUNTY PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Commission Chairman Dan Woydziak called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 9:00 a.m. Present were Commissioner Will Carpenter, Commissioner Randy Doll, Commissioner Randy Waldorf, Commissioner Mike Wheeler, Administrator Will Johnson Jr., and Clerk Recorder Tammy Bridges.

ITEM #1 – RECEIVE AND OPEN BIDS FOR INSTALLATION OF COMMISSION DESK

David Stewart, PKHL Architects, came before the Board to receive and open bids for installation of a new commission desk. Bids were received from:

Lenco Construction $19,970.00

McCollom Construction $22,181.00

Sutherland Builders $25,981.00

Commissioner Doll motioned to receive the bids for the commission desk and allow PKHL to review and return with a recommendation. Commissioner Waldorf seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Doll motioned to adjourn the meeting of the Board at 9:07 a.m. Commissioner Waldorf seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
