BUTLER COUNTY PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Commission Chairman Mike Wheeler called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 10:30 a.m. Present were Commissioner Will Carpenter, Commissioner Randy Doll, Commissioner Randy Waldorf, Commissioner Dan Woydziak, Administrator Will Johnson Jr., and Clerk Ron Roberts.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Commissioner Waldorf motioned to approve the minutes of the Butler County Public Building Commission Meeting of Monday, April 5, 2005 as written. Commissioner Doll seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

ITEM #1 – DISCUSSION ON EAST ANNEX TO THE BUTLER COUNTY COURTHOUSE BIDS WITH PKHL

Vince Haines, PKHL Architects, came before the Board for discussion on the East Annex construction bids. Mr. Haines discussed with the Board various options to reduce the cost of the bids for the East Annex remodel. He also presented a document showing his recommendations to reduce the costs and the savings of each of those items.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Waldorf motioned to adjourn the meeting of the Board at 10:51 a.m. Commissioner Doll seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
