BUTLER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Commission Chairman Will Carpenter called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 9:10 a.m. Present were Commissioner Phil Anderson, Commissioner Bill Shriver, Commissioner Mike Wheeler, Administrator Will Johnson Jr., and Clerk Recorder Brenda Brychta.

Commissioner Randy Doll was absent.

ITEMS OF BUSINESS

Don Engels came before the Board to answer questions on vouchers presented 2/2/04.

Commissioners will leave today, at 9:30 a.m., for Topeka for a Legislative luncheon and then will attend the KCCI Caucus in Topeka this evening.

The next meeting, Monday, February 9, 2004, will start at 10:00 a.m. due to the REAP meeting.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Shriver motioned to adjourn at 9:30 a.m. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion carried 4-0
