BUTLER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Commission Chairman Randy Doll called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 8:30 a.m. Present were Commissioner Bill Shriver; Commissioner Will Carpenter; County Administrator, Will Johnson Jr., and County Clerk Ron Roberts.

Chairman Doll welcomed all the Department Heads to the 1^st Annual Management Retreat at the Andover Lodge, 1607 E Central, Andover, Ks.

APPROVAL OF ADDS AND ABATES

Commissioner Shriver made a motion to approve the adds in the amount of $3,325.96 and abates in the amount of $39,489.16. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.

Planning Retreat started at 8:40 a.m. until 4:25 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Shriver made a motion to adjourn at 4:25 p.m. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
