BUTLER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Commission Chairman Randy Doll called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 9:00 a.m. Present were Commissioner Bill Shriver; Commissioner Will Carpenter; County Administrator, Will Johnson Jr., and County Clerk Ron Roberts

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Commissioner Shriver made a motion to approve the Butler County Commission minutes for June 10^th & 11^th, 2002. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion.

Motion carried 3-0.

VOUCHERS

Commissioner Carpenter made a motion to approve the vouchers in the amount of

$443,403.79, dated June 17, 2002. Commissioner Shriver seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.

ADDS/ABATES

Commissioner Doll made a motion to approve the Adds in the amount of $ 41.04 and the Abates in the amount of $ 3,992.28 with approval #2002001442 dated June 17, 2002. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Commissioner Doll moved to recess into executive session to discuss personnel matters concerning non-elected employees and matters relating to the security of a public body. Present in the session were County Administrator Will Johnson Jr., and Commissioners Randy Doll, Bill Shriver, and Will Carpenter, from 9:02 am till 11:00 am.

RECONVENE

Commissioner Doll called the Commission meeting back to order at 11:00 a.m.

No action was taken.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Shriver made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 11:15 a.m. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
