BUTLER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Monday, March 26, 2001
The Butler County Board of Commissioners was called to order by Commission Chairman, Bill Shriver. Present were Commissioners Randy Doll and Will Carpenter along with County Administrator, Jay Newton and Clerk’s Secretary, Tindel Jennison.
Commissioner Doll moved to approve the Minutes of Monday, March 19 and Tuesday, March 20 as amended. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion that carried 3-0.
Commissioner Doll moved to approve Ads totaling $971.62 and Abates totaling $3,209.06 per approval #2043 dated March 26, 2001. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion that carried 3-0.
Commissioner Carpenter moved to approve County Vouchers totaling $752,125.65 dated March 26, 2001. Commissioner Doll seconded the motion that carried 3-0. Voucher with Control #1018096 for FD #2 in the amount of $44,809.00 was pulled.

STEAMFITTERS REP.
Darryl Burham of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union #171 visited with the Board regarding the bid process and consideration of bidder qualifications.
County Attorney, Jan Satterfield reviewed the operations of the County Attorney Department.
Commissioner Doll moved to adjourn. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion that carried 3-0.
