BUTLER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

CALL TO ORDER

Commission Chairman Dan Woydziak called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 9:00 a.m. Present were Commissioner Will Carpenter, Commissioner Randy Doll, Commissioner Randy Waldorf, Commissioner Mike Wheeler, Administrator Will Johnson, Jr., and Clerk Recorder Tammy Bridges.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Commissioner Carpenter motioned to approve the minutes of the Butler County Commission Meetings of Monday, November 27, 2006 and Tuesday, November 28, 2006 as written. Commissioner Wheeler seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

ITEM #1 – NIMS (NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS) TRAINING

APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS

Commissioner Doll motioned to approve the vouchers dated December 4, 2006 in the amount of $332,831.09. Commissioner Waldorf seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

APPROVAL OF ADDS AND ABATES

Commissioner Waldorf motioned to approve Adds & Abates #2283 dated December 4, 2006. Adds in the amount of $34,223.08 and Abates in the amount of $88,417.04. Commissioner Doll seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

OTHER ITEMS OF BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Doll motioned to adjourn the meeting of the Board at 9:10 a.m. Commissioner Waldorf seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

The Commissioners continued with the NIMS Training until 10:30 a.m.
