Commission Chairman Mike Wheeler called the Butler County Board of Commissioners to order at 7:05 p.m. Present were Commissioner Will Carpenter, Commissioner Randy Doll, Commissioner Randy Waldorf, Commissioner Dan Woydziak, Administrator Will Johnson Jr., and Director of Public Works Darryl Lutz.

Harold Cooper
thanked the Commissioners for their time and effort in going out to the
communities for the monthly commission meetings.
APPROVAL OF ADDS & ABATES
Commissioner Waldorf motioned to approve Adds & Abates #2230. Abates in the amount of $5,510.84 and Adds in the amount of $0.00. Commissioner Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
County Engineer
Darryl Lutz presented to the Commissioners the tabled gating order for the Bass
Property on Cavalcade Road from the previous day. The Fire Chief of Andover, representing Fire District #1,
submitted a letter of approval and requirements for the request to the County
Engineer as requested by the County Commission.
Commissioner Doll
motioned to approve the gating order request by Mr. Bass for Cavalcade Road in
the Bridlewood addition. Commissioner
Woydziak seconded the motion. Motion
passed 5-0.
County Engineer
Darryl Lutz reviewed with the Commissioners current public works projects.
The Commission
reviewed a letter from Rod Compton, Director of Planning & Development, on
the zoning issue and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) violation on the Williams
Farms’ property East of Leon. It was
the consensus of the Commission to send the letter to the landowner.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Woydziak motioned to adjourn the meeting of the Board at 8:05 p.m. Commissioner Waldorf seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
