Facilities Management

Responsibilities


The Facilities Management Department is involved in all aspects of the care and upkeep of all facilities owned by Butler County, including preventative maintenance, remodeling, new construction, landscaping, and lawn maintenance.

The Facilities Management Department is responsible for maintaining 24 county-owned facilities and grounds with over 700,000 square feet of building space.

Staff


The Facilities Management Department consist of one director, one administrative assistant, one HVAC tech, five maintenance techs, and two part-time maintenance techs.
